Your Policy ID was included in your enrollment confirmation email. It starts with "POL-". If you can't find it, contact our support team.
Monthly premiums are due on the same date each month as your enrollment date. You'll receive a reminder email 3 days before.
Yes! Choose "2-Party" for yourself plus one adult, or "Family" to include children. You can specify this during enrollment.
Coverage begins on your selected effective date after your enrollment is reviewed and activated, typically within 24 hours of enrollment.
You can update your card on file through "My Account" using your Policy ID and date of birth. We'll retry failed payments automatically.
Absolutely. All payment processing is handled by Stripe, which is PCI-DSS Level 1 certified. We never store your full card number.
